At VillageofGifts.com, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
